2. Service content
2.1 The specific content of the network service of the member area of the Company shall be provided by the Company according to the actual situation, such as BBS, investment information, database, publishing news comments, etc. The Company reserves the right to change, interrupt or terminate part or all of the network services at any time.
2.2 The User understands that the Company only provides the relevant network services, in addition to the equipment related to the relevant network services (such as computers, modems and other devices related to Internet access) and the costs required (such as telephone charges and Internet access fees paid for Internet access) shall be borne by the user.
3. Rules of use
3.1 When applying for the use of the Company's network services, users must provide accurate personal information to the Company, and if there is any change in personal information, they must update it in time.
3.2 After successful registration, the Company will give each user a user account and the corresponding password, the user account and password shall be kept by the user; The User shall be legally responsible for all activities and events carried out under his/her User account.
3.3 The user must agree to accept the preferential service information or other related service information sent to the user by the Company through E-mail or other means.
3.4 In the process of using the Company's network services, users must comply with the following principles: (1) When publishing information on the Company's website or using the Company's services, they must comply with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China (some of the regulations are listed in the appendix), and shall not produce, copy, publish or disseminate the following information on the Company's website or using the Company's services:
(a) opposed to the fundamental principles established in the Constitution;
(b) endangering national security, disclosing state secrets, subverting state power, or undermining national unity;
(c) harm the honour and interests of the State;
(d) inciting ethnic hatred, ethnic discrimination and undermining national unity;

(g) spreading obscenity, pornography, gambling, violence, murder, terror or inciting crime;

(2) Posting information on the Company's website or using the Company's services must also comply with the laws of other relevant countries and regions and the relevant provisions of international law.
(3) Do not use the Company's services to engage in the following activities:
(a) accessing computer information networks or using computer information network resources without permission;
(b) Deleting, modifying or adding to the functions of the computer information network without permission;
(c) Deleting, modifying or adding, without permission, data and applications stored, processed or transmitted in a computer information network;
(d) deliberately producing or disseminating destructive programs such as computer viruses;
(e) Other acts that endanger the security of computer information networks.
(4) Not interfere with the Company's services in any way.
(5) Comply with all other rules and procedures of the Company.
4. Content ownership
4.1 The network services provided by the Company may include: text, software, sound, pictures, videos, charts, etc. All such content is protected by copyright, trademark and other property ownership laws.
4.2 Users can only use such content after obtaining the authorization of the Company or other relevant rights holders, and cannot copy, reproduce such content without authorization, or create derivative products related to the content.
