The Standardization Administration of China announced on March 23, 2017 that according to the conclusion of the integration and streamlining of mandatory standards, the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the State and the Standardization Administration of the State will convert 1077 mandatory national standards into recommended national standards, and from the date of publication, these standards will no longer be enforced, and the standard code will be changed from GB to GB/T. The standard serial number and age number remain unchanged, including the national standard of transformer "GB 20840", parts 1, 2, 3 and 4 also need to be changed to "GB/T 20840", the specific details are in the attachment, so the standard number on the transformer product nameplate must also be changed synchronically since 2017. It should be emphasized that the conversion to "GB/T recommended standards" does not mean that these standards are not important, and our transformer production still needs to be implemented according to these standards.
